BL8xx is a highly integrated AIoT chipset with WiFi/BT/BLE/Zigbee, Multi-Core CPUs, Audio Codec, ISP, Video Codec, and AI HW accelerator for high-performance & low-power application. 
Wireless subsystem contains 2.4G radios, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.x and Zigbee baseband/MAC designs. Microcontroller subsystem contains Multi-Core RISC-V CPUs with floating point units, vector units, cache, DMA and memories for chip control, wireless communication, audio and video applications. Multimedia subsystem contains NPU HW NN co-processor (BLAI-100) generally used for AI applications, ISP (Image Signal Processor), Camera interface, Audio Codec, Video Codec, Sensor and Display interfaces. Power Management Unit provides low-power modes. Moreover, variety of security features are supported. Peripheral interfaces include USB2.0, Ethernet, SD/MMC, SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, GPDAC, GPADC, ACOMP, PIR, Touch, IR remote, Display and GPIOs. Flexible GPIO configurations are supported. BL808 has total 34 or 38 GPIOs.
